Ask one AI model which address verification tools to buy and the answer is close to a coin flip. This index asked fourteen models, six ways, on behalf of three sizes of company. Tell it yours and what matters most, and see the products the models choose most consistently, with their reasons and reservations in their own words and what each product’s own site states.
A measurement of what the models answered, not a recommendation by the index. No vendor pays to appear or for its place. Links out carry the index’s name and this shortlist’s settings (size, priority, filters and the product’s place) so the site can see where the visit came from; nothing about the reader is sent. The full standing · How it is measured
The count is the models that put the product first at least once for this company size and priority (the best overall reads all five buying framings), October 2026 Edition. Share of first choices is over every answer at that size. Labels (endorsed, accepted, criticized) are the judge’s reading of how the models spoke of it. “Its own site states” is read from the vendor’s pages and is the vendor’s claim, not checked by the index: a product whose pages do not say is left out by a must-have, which is not the same as not having it. The large platforms are products from Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Salesforce, Cisco and a few others.
What a page states is its publisher’s. “Sells here” marks a page published by a company that sells a product in this category.
