A share is the proportion of first choices a product received in a measured set of answers, in one edition, for prompts asked on behalf of a stated buyer segment. It measures what models recommended. It does not measure product quality, market share, revenue, customer satisfaction, or fitness for your situation.

Model answers vary between identical runs. A difference smaller than the measured noise floor is noise, not movement, and the site says so wherever movement is shown. Where no calibration repeat has run, no trend is claimed at all.

Answers depend on how a question is asked. The prompts are published in full so you can see exactly what was asked; a different question would produce different answers.

A product that was not named in a category was not named in the answers that were collected. That is a finding about those answers, not a judgment about the product, and pages for unnamed products say so.

Products named in an answer are extracted and labeled by a disclosed judge model, not by a person. The judge is named on every page and its rubric is published. It can mis-read a name, attribute a mention to the wrong product, or mis-classify a sentiment.

Every label is published with the raw name and a verbatim quote so any reading can be checked against its source. A claimed vendor may propose corrections to the vendor table, and corrections are applied by version and listed.

This index is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the model providers whose output it measures, or by any of the products it names. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify the products the models named.

The person who operates this index also operates a product that appears in it. It is in the vendor table so that a model naming it is published like any other label, and it received no special handling in collection, scoring or publication. The full policy is in the method.

The index is compiled from live model calls and is published as it is, with no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. Prices, models and endpoints change; figures are correct for the edition they belong to and are not restated afterwards.
